Cancellations and Refunds
All on-line cancellations must be made via email and will be dated by the time and date notification sent by the customer. If notification of cancellation is to be received within 24 hours please call 813-406-8294
No show without notice: 0% refund
Customers not notifying Not Your Mothers Taxi of a cancellation will be charged the full amount of the pre-arranged trip, no gratuity shall be charged.
Same day service ordered: 100% refund
Customers notifying Not Your Mothers Taxi immediately or within 24 hours of making their reservation may cancel at no charge.
24+ hours before P/U date: 75% refund
Customers making cancellation at least 24 hours prior to their reservation will be charged a nominal 25% cancellation fee. No gratuity shall be charged.
24 hours before P/U date: 50% refund
Customers canceling less than 24 hours before their pick-up will be charged 50% of the original fare. No gratuity will be charged.
Customers will normally be picked up In the courtesy vehicle Pick Up Area. Designated by Blue 1 or 2 or Red 1 or 2
Whenever possible we monitor all flight arrivals to avoid customers incurring unnecessary charges because of flight delays. However, because of circumstances beyond our control, such as lost luggage, lightning delaying transfer of bags to the luggage carousels etc. we reserve the right to charge a waiting fee of $10 per 15 minutes beginning 30 minutes after the flight lands.
All residential customers will be called exactly one/half hour before scheduled pick-up by the assigned driver. The driver will confirm reservation time, address and any other job specific details required i.e. gate codes, special instructions etc.
Excessive luggage deemed by the driver as that which might cause damage to the vehicle or create unsafe driving conditions will be the responsibility of the customer. Transportation of such excessive baggage will be their sole responsibility and may be cause for cancellation of any contracted transportation agreement.
Pets / Guide Dogs
Guide dogs are always welcome. Not Your Mothers Taxi should be notified so that we may cover interior seating with a blanket. Small pets (under 30 lbs.) will be accepted however they must be kept in an approved pet carrier.
We accept major credit cards, Visa, MC, and American Express along with cash and travelers checks.

Not Your Mothers Taxi does not provide child seats, Florida law requires that all children under 25 lbs. or 3 years of age must be in a child safety seat.
DAMAGE OR THEFT
The client is responsible for all guest damages and items stolen from Not Your Mothers Taxi. For all damages, missing or stolen items the client will be charged for replacement materials at cost plus $75 per hour labor, and any lost revenue during the down time. No shoes are allowed on the seats, walls, countertops or ceiling
Extra charges may be imposed for excessive mess by passengers (this includes excessive trash, beer cans, bottles, etc.) at $250.00. Please help to avoid cleaning charges by removing your trash at the end of your event.
BIO HAZARD OR BODILY FLUID CLEAN-UP
is an automatic $150.00 charge per incident, NO EXCEPTIONS and this charge WILL be billed to the credit card on file. Professional cleaning and/or carpet replacement is expensive also.
SMOKING IS NOT Allowed ANY of our vehicles.
Smoking in our vehicle(s) will result in: 1st offense: $250 fee, 2nd offense: dismissal from the vehicle with NO REFUND.This includes Vapor and electronic smoking devices.
Client agrees that no illegal drugs will be consumed, possessed, or distributed in ) Not Your Mother's Taxi vehicle(s). Client agrees that the passenger capacity of any vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. In case of misconduct or drug use by client or their party, or if driver is being or feels threatened, the driver has the right to terminate bus service without any refunds and drop all passengers off at the nearest safe location. Client holds Not Your Motherstaxi harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of client and/or their party. Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by client or their party during service, either willfully or accidentally, this includes but not limited to garbage left and or detailing required. Any actions that cause damage on our vehicle(s) can result in extra charge. If any under age drinking or drug use occurs, the service will be terminated immediately with no refund. The minors will be returned to the original pick up location and the parents will be called.
